Advanced search tips:
- telescope binoculars
Find results that contain at least one of the two words.
- +astronomy +club
Find results that contain both words.
- +finder scope
Find results that contain the word "finder", but rank results higher if they also contain "scope".
- +telescope -meade
Find results that contain the word "telescope" but not "meade".
- +telescope ~meade
Find results that contain the word "telescope", but if the results also contains the word "meade", rate it lower than if results does not. This is "softer" than a search for +telescope -meade, for which the presence of "meade" causes the result not to be returned at all.
- +telescope +(>tripod <mount)
Find results that contain the words "telescope" and "tripod", or "telescope" and "mount" (in any order), but rank "telescope tripod" higher than "telescope mount".
- tele*
Find results that contain words such as "telescope", "telescopes", "televue", or "telemetry".
- "some words"
Find results that contain the exact phrase "some words" (for example, results that contain "some words of wisdom" but not "some noise words"). Note that the quotes that enclose the phrase are operator characters that delimit the phrase. They are not the quotes that enclose the search string itself.
